Took pretty much three months to do a "paint job" on V2.
That is, no changes to any templates, just update the css colors from the 1.x files
The job is still incomplete, I'm still looking for someone else to finish it.
Generally it took more than one email to get a response from him.
That was my experience: Cheap but slow and incomplete, and needs to be chased.

ME "How much to finish the job?"

HE "What is unfinished?"

Um. Can't you just look for the blue and white bits? They are from the original phpFox V2 css.
My colors are not blue and white.

If I have to go through the site marking everything that didn't transition from blue/white , I might as well make the changes.
This is out-of-the-box stuff.

Request was submitted last February.
And the last bit of dialog end of May.
Never heard back.

Am I upset? No. It was dirt cheap and V2 is still in dev. No live site. We were all busy and learning. I didn't lose any money.

But I've got to finish the paint job myself, or pay another themer. And I'm still shopping for a site designer.
